ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
A large percentage of our abatement work comes from short notice and emergency projects. We have experience and expertise in quickly gearing up to undertake large projects with little advance notice. We have arrangements with several temporary labor suppliers, and are able to mobilize large crews within as little as 24 hours.
Our asbestos abatement services include: complete abatement, project design, and in-place maintenance and repairs. We have removed virtually all types of asbestos materials including: fireproofing, floor coverings, cement asbestos products, acoustical sprays and textures, and thermal insulation's.
We offer on-call and emergency response for asbestos and lead abatement, mold remediation and fire/ water damage response services. We have insurance and bonding capabilities to satisfy most customers’ needs, including Pollution Liability and true “Occurrence Form” asbestos and lead liability insurance on every project. We can provide limits up to $5,000,000. We can provide performance bonding for almost any project.
All of Envirotech's personnel are fully trained and certified for the state(s) in which they work. We feel that our personnel are among the best trained and most productive in the industry. We constantly stress safety and productivity in ongoing employee training and safety meetings. All full time employees are fully trained for removal of asbestos, lead and mold.
We are fully equipped to undertake any size project and can deploy for quick job site mobilization and emergency response to meet our client’s environmental needs throughout the southeast.
DEMOLITION SERVICES
Our demolition services include: both small scale, large scale and specialized hand demolition, disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous constituents, complete recording for regulated material and hazardous waste, and complete management of the site and/or structure. Envirotech has extensive experience in creating environmentally safe and dust free environments for our interior demolition. Our team also specializes in hand demo for work around environmentally sensitive areas, historical renovations, specialized remodeling, as well as fire and water damage clean up and restoration work.
LEAD ABATEMENT/MOLD REMEDIATION
Both our residential and commercial lead abatement services include: component removal and demolition, stripping, spot removal, debris and residue clean-up encapsulation/encasement, bulk sampling, project design, in-place maintenance and repair, and lead free replacements.
Our mold remediation services include: interior/exterior soft demolition, surface cleaning and sealing, HEPA vacuuming/decontamination and contents cleaning. Envirotech has been working closely with building owners and environmental consultants who establish remediation protocols and perform final inspections of work site.
